What is LTTP?
LTTP stands for Lotoo Teleportation Protocol, a wireless technology developed by Lotoo.
Unlike Bluetooth, LTTP features distinct transmission and functionality, serving as a meticulously crafted wireless transmitter designed specifically for delivering Lossless and High-Resolution Audio.
LTTP wireless technology will be integrated into all upcoming Lotoo products.
Main Features
The transmission technology used by LTTP features adaptive bandwidth and high-precision clock management, making it compatible with all music streams.
What are LTTP’s advantages?
- LTTP supports high-resolution and lossless audio transmission, offering high-resolution audio up to 96kHz/24-bit and lossless audio up to 48kHz/24-bit.
- Compatible with all software and hardware platforms: iOS, macOS, Android, and Windows; including smartphones, tablets, PCs, and Mac computers.
- Plug and Play functionality, no charging required.
- Easily switch between "Low Latency" and "High-Resolution" modes.
- Supports firmware upgrades for enhanced performance and features.
How does it work?
Connecting to LTTP in four easy steps:
- After connecting the LTTP transmitter to the audio source device, it will automatically enter pairing mode, indicated by alternating red and blue flashing lights.
- If previous pairing information is present, please press and hold the function key for 3 seconds to reset.
- On the receiver, search for the transmitter's ID: LTTP-XXXXXX. The ID number can be found on the back of the transmitter.
- The indicator light will flash 3 times in blue to confirm successful pairing. A steady blue breathing light indicates normal operation mode.
What sets LTTP apart from Bluetooth?
- LTTP employs Adaptive Band Management Protocol technology for audio streams, automatically matching sampling rates and bitrates with original files, without the need for SRC conversion.
- LTTP incorporates Precision Time Synchronization Protocol technology to synchronize the audio clocks between the transmitter and receiver with high precision, eliminating the need for SRC adjustment.
- Rather than designing for the so-called "Internet of Things", LTTP's design objective is to maximize high-bandwidth audio data transmission. It fully utilizes effective bandwidth to ensure a maximum transmission rate of 1.5Mbps. (APTX maximum 600K and LDAC maximum 990K, typically around 300K under normal circumstances due to transmission environment and device factors, rarely reaching the advertised maximum transmission rate) The Media Management Protocol technology in LTTP repeatedly checks the audio data information during file transmission to ensure data integrity and consistency.
