High-quality playback of high-resolution audio sources and music streaming services
The DAC IC uses the ESS Technology ES9016K2M. It supports playback of PCM 44.1k-384kHz and DSD 2.8M-11.2MHz. By simply connecting the USB input terminal of this unit to a PC, smartphone, tablet, etc., you can enjoy not only downloaded high-resolution audio sources, but also music streaming services that are becoming increasingly high quality.
Supported OS: Windows 10 / 11 *Cannot be used with OS earlier than Windows 8.1.
A dedicated driver is not required to play high-resolution PCM or DSD on a Mac.
Delicate, clear sound on headphones or speakers
This unit uses a 1-bit digital amplifier, and is characterized by its delicate, clear, high-speed, and immersive sound quality. It supports both headphones and speakers (passive and active speakers*) as output destinations, so you can enjoy music according to the environment and situation of your room. Enjoy your favorite music to the fullest with your favorite headphones and speakers.
* Passive speakers can be connected to the SPEAKER output, and active speakers can be connected to the PC SPEAKER output (Φ3.5mm stereo mini).
High quality TV sound
In addition to the USB input, this unit is equipped with one optical (OPTICAL) and one coaxial (COAXIAL) digital input terminal. This allows you to connect it to a TV or CD player (models with digital output). With the high image quality and multi-function of TVs, it is now easy to enjoy YouTube videos and online live shows on a large screen. On the other hand, some people may feel that the sound quality of the built-in speakers of the TV is not enough. Therefore, by connecting the optical input terminal of this unit to the optical output terminal of the TV and combining it with your favorite speakers, you can enjoy a immersive live viewing experience.
